We're Keeping YOU Informed

Both Springlake and Fairhill at Bluebonnet Highlands are registered with the city of Baton Rouge as a No Solicitation neighborhood and appropriate signage is posted at all 8 entrances to BBH.

Solicitors that register with the city and receive a permit to solicit in Baton Rouge should be provided with a list of neighborhoods, including Bluebonnet Highlands, that they are NOT permitted to solicit in.

Should you see a solicitor in BBH, please consider one of the following options:

- Do not answer the door - if they don't get business in our neighborhood they are less likely to attempt a return.

- Call the Sheriff's Office (225-389-5000) - since we are a No Solicitation neighborhood, they are not allowed to solicit here and the deputies will instruct them to leave or face a ticket.

- Let the solicitor know that this is a No Solicitation neighborhood and ask them to leave BBH. End the conversation there.

The Sheriff's Office has asked that homeowners take one of these three routes. Please do not attempt to take policing into your own hands for the safety of yourself and your neighbors.

If you would like to place a No Solicitation sign in your window, you may print the sign provided below:

We also have the sign available in JPEG - please email rep@bluebonnethighlands.org to request the file in that format, if preferred.
