Dues Reminder
Invoices for 2025 dues were emailed on January 2 and January 3 to all homeowners who are in good standing and have previously submitted an email address for your account.
Hard copies of invoices/statements were mailed on January 5 and 6 to all others.
If you have not received your invoice/statement by January 8, please email us at billing@bluebonnethighlands.org to obtain a copy.
2025 dues are due by January 31, 2025.
Late Fees & Liens: as a reminder, late fees will be reinstated this year for the first time since relief was provided during COVID. Late fees, as defined in our deed restrictions, are calculated as 20% of the outstanding dues, assessed monthly. This equates to $40 per month assessed February through July, and $80 per month assessed from August through December. The decision to reimplement late fees was made to be fair to the homeowners who have paid their dues that are required by our deed restrictions. Further, liens will be filed on homes that do not pay their dues or establish a payment plan by emailing us at billing@bluebonnethighlands.org.
As of January 6, 2025, 970 of the 1,104 homes in Springlake & Fairhill are current on their dues. Thank you all for that, as dues are critical in maintaining and enhancing our collective property values.
