Many complaints we receive start with this statement. As a homeowner, you have the right to let us know if someone in our neighborhood is not in compliance with the BBH Act of Restrictions or local ordinances.
The Act of Restrictions is there to help YOU maintain your investment in your home. All correspondence regarding complaints is confidential, but it is helpful to us if you give us your contact information in the event we need more information or follow-up.
