About Bluebonnet Highlands

Bluebonnet Highlands is a thoughtfully created and master-planned community comprised of two neighborhoods - Springlake and Fairhill. Designed and executed by developer Clark W. Taylor, Bluebonnet Highlands reflects both quality and value.

In Bluebonnet Highlands, you'll find expansive, stocked lakes, as well as a Recreation Center containing a swimming pool, basketball court, children's playground, athletic field, tennis court, and clubhouse for event rentals.

We look forward to meeting with all our homeowners and bringing together everyone in this exciting community development!
